I am a very busy person with many things on the go in my life so when I have time to myself I do enjoy solitude and to get back to nature. I guess that's partly why I thought I might try this site out. I definitely believe in balance and taking time out for yourself but it can be challenging to do accomplish this.
As I am sure you can tell I do have a background in bodybuilding . I did compete but I don't anymore I stopped about 12 years or so ago. Now I just work out to maintain for me I have my own gym set up at home and of course when I travel I always head to the gym for a workout:)
I always like to chat when I can but please don't take offence if I don't reply I will always try to get back to folks but it may take time to do so. The more specific the messages however seem to draw my eye so take that into consideration when sending a message :)
