I was always the guy who'd get naked, but in 2001 or thereabouts I discovered that being naked was a great way to destress. I definitely have exhibitionist tendencies, but view them as separate to my nudism. Hard to be an exhibitionist if everyone else is naked too!
I don't go nude all the time at home, but definitely have my naked days! I also get to my local nudist swim about once a month, Brighton when the weather and my schedule line up, and the odd empty beach if I can get away with it.
