I'm an easy going guy from the uk Midlands, been going nude when possible for a good few years now , on beaches, at spas and events like the wnbr and skinny dips - would like to chat to similar people and share experiences. I've been to a few spas in Europe and found them to be very liberating - shame we are so hung up on nudity in this country! I was interested by the idea of naturism for years and a few years ago plucked up the courage to start doing something about it. I'm very comfortable in my own skin these days and am often naked around the house in warmer weather. I swim several times a week so was used to being naked around strangers, so doing that on a beach didn't seem so daunting. Also a keen open water swimmer and love to skinny dip whenever I can. Not always been confident naked, I was very shy as a kid and had a few body hang ups. Becoming comforatble naked around others really helped with these. Would be nice to hear about other people's experiences and journeys into naked life.
