About Japers
I am a carbon-based life form. I can usually be found in front of my trusty Mac Pro ("My Uber-computer", if you will) writing or editing video footage in my office. If not perched behind the Mac, I prefer to be behind my drum set, behind the lens of a Super16MM or 24p HD motion picture camera, directing TV commercials, music videos, or most any other little movie I might like to make. I'm also the Chairman and CEO of my couch (when I manage to find a little extra time, I bask in the glory of HBO, Showtime, NBC, AMC, and FX as well as contribute to my ever-expanding collection of sonic landscapes and quality cinema. I also enjoy motorcycle riding (on road and off), and reading by the pool at ODR. Nocturnally, I frequent local cinema or music venues in Chicago or LA.
I love the art of storytelling as much as the art of rocking...and telling your mother, "I love her."
