When I was younger I never really warmed to the word naturist or in fact nudist, I think because they seemed kind of old, almost, comedy terms.
But call me what you want, I wont be offended. I prefer to be naked with clothes being an option when needed. I wear them when they are appropriate.
I really don't care what size or shape a person is, or indeed what colour, sex or sexual orientation. To me, we all look and feel better without clothes. This is our natural beautiful state. I think when you separate nudity and sexuality you open the door to increased positive bodily image, self confidence, acceptance and better health, both mentally and physically.
We should never be, in anyway, embarrassed at being who we naturally are. Being naked and the need to be naked is completely normal, natural and healthy. Xx
