"Nudism" or "naturism" helps improve my physical and mental health. It's a way for me to improve circulation. It helps me improve my overall body image by motivating me to exercise and improve my diet - which is becoming more essential as I get older! It allows me to accept my body as it is and loving me for who I am.
I hope to restart my training plan this year & to run the upcoming Rocky "Italian Stallion" challenge & Run Now Wine Later textile runs! I am looking forward to the Sunny Rest Resort clothing optional runs in 2025 and maybe PNBR in Philly!
