About nkdrnr0610
I became interested in nudism as a way to improve my physical and mental health. As I aged, I became diabetic. Nudism became a way for me to improve the circulation throughout my body, and to do my best to avoid neuropathy. It also became a way for me to improve my overall body image by motivating me to exercise and improve my diet - which is becoming more essential as I get older! Controlling my weight and enhancing my physical appearance is a challenge and may have gotten me started, though accepting my body as it is and loving myself for who I am is becoming my ultimate achievement.
In that spirit, I am motivated to restart my training plan & run the upcoming Rocky "Italian Stallion" challenge & Run Now Wine Later textile runs! Regretfully, I had to back out of the Sunny Rest clothing optional runs in 2022. Next year! Possibly even the 2023 PNBR - it would be my 1st!

My Interests
Jogging, soccer & casual sport. I have a new portable cornhole game for the beach - along with some new kites to fly this summer. I'm also thinking of taking up Pickle Ball! Reading, puzzles (cryptos, crosswords, sudoku), TV, movies, internet. I veg as a "couch potato" sometimes. Handyman work around the house. (The "honey-do" list provides my inspiration!) And, of course, relaxing and enjoying good company - naked!
Movies
I love movies best, 'though I don't consider myself a "movie buff!" Fav's have included "It's a Wonderful Life," the original "Willie Wonka," TCM offerings, action, adventure, comedy, and Sci Fi.
Music
I've been listening to a lot of Country, & Classic Rock lately. I do enjoy many other genres.

Everyday, courageous, rarely acknowledged heroes who give of themselves & sacrifice for others! Above all, those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedoms - I remember them most on Memorial Day.
