I don't know if I'd call us nudists really because we aren't naked all the time at home but we're both comfortable with nudity and don't find any shame in it. We've done a nude beach, two nude bed and breakfasts and two resorts and we have some friends who are also comfortable with nudity. We just think it is important not to be ashamed of your body and that if people are mature about it nudity is no big deal.
