I am a two time cancer survivor who seeks as much peace and tranquility that I can find. Stripping down is one way of achieving this sense of peace. When you wear different types of clothes you can project a certain image. When you shed those clothes you present the real you. You know you are "comfortable" in your own skin, when you can be totally at ease, while in the presence of other men and women who are also buck naked. Once you are able to do so, you will feel something that can best be described as "total freedom." Even doing something as simple as swimming in a pool without a bathing suit, when no one else is around, is an amazing experience, that makes a nudist feel invigorated. Until you have done so, you will have no idea how the wearing of a bathing suit can actually inhibit the amazing feeling that takes place, when water swirls all around and over your ENTIRE body. Having others in the same pool, or on the same beach, who are buck naked can multiple the "rush" that goes along with this feeling of freedom.
I'm convinced that we would be living in a much better world. if more people were able to enjoy a nudist lifestyle. It's also important to remember, that there are different types of nudists. While many nudists go to venues that are devoted to the clothing optional lifestyle, others like me, make every opportunity to strip down and enjoy the great outdoors, while wearing nothing more than a hat and some sunscreen, or a pair of suitable footwear for the conditions.
I wasn't born a nudist but as I evolved, I felt an emotional pull toward this lifestyle.
While there are many others who are a lot more active in this lifestyle than I am, I enjoy EVERY SPLIT SECOND when I am not wearing a stitch of clothing, as much as a more active participant in this lifestyle. There are no d**gs or drinks that can duplicate the sense of freedom and the rush that you feel when you strip down. Enjoy!
