Hello everyone! Im Italian and a 48yo woman who embraces life with passion, curiosity, and a deep love for authenticity. Im a naturist and nudist by hearttheres nothing quite like the liberating feeling of being in harmony with nature, without barriers, just as we are meant to be.
Im very active and love staying fit; sports and movement are a big part of my daily rhythm. Whether it's hiking, swimming, yoga, or just dancing barefoot in the grass, Im always up for something that gets the body moving and the spirit smiling.
Good food and great company are also essential ingredients in my life. I enjoy exploring new flavors, from rustic home-cooked meals to gourmet adventures preferably shared with people who appreciate a good laugh, deep conversation, and a generous glass of wine (or two!).

Being a naturist isnt just a lifestyle for meits part of a broader love for freedom, simplicity, and meaningful connection. I find peace and joy in the outdoors: long walks in the woods, skinny-dipping at the beach or in quiet lakes, and sunbathing with a good book and no tan lines in sight.I enjoy staying active, whether its through cycling, Pilates, swimming, or just chasing the horizon on a spontaneous weekend trip. Movement keeps me groundedand lets be honest, its also a great excuse to enjoy that extra slice of cake later!I have a curious palate and a deep appreciation for good food. I love cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and discovering local markets. Sharing a homemade mealespecially alfresco and in good companyis one of lifes greatest pleasures.Lastly, Im always up for good conversation, a laugh that makes your belly hurt, and connecting with open-minded people who see life as an adventure.
