- Hi, returning after a few years absence, I was assigned a screen name of letters and numbers. Before I get certified and post a lot, Id like to be able to change my screen name to something that represents me. How can I do that?
- My old account has been deleted for no reason cause I couldnt get access do to the password not working and was not able to reset it cause I no longer have the original email that I originally opened the account with. I was a paid lifetime member for over ten years. I opened numerous tickets for assistance in helping me reset the password also sent numerous messages to teamtrue1 and 2 with no response back. Now the account has been deleted. My paid membership is gone.
