My Story
About yogavida
This has been a long time coming. When I was younger, I was very free-spirited and never really cared about what I was wearingor not wearing! As life went on and I moved into the corporate world, I slowly lost that sense of freedom and connection to myself in the rat race.
Now, Im intentionally finding my way back.
This year is about reconnecting with my body, my confidence, and a deeper sense of self-love. Ive started embracing nudism again through things like yoga, time in nature, and (when the weather allows!) soaking up the morning sun.
Im a creative soul at heartI used to be a professional dancer, which gave me the opportunity to travel the world and meet so many incredible people along the way. That experience really shaped who I am, and I still love connecting with new and interesting souls from all walks of life.
These days, yoga has become a big part of my daily life and grounding. I really value growth, authenticity, and just being comfortable in who you are.
Im excited for this journey and everything that comes with it.
