Camping nude

I am curious. Are there any nude campgrounds on the West Coast? Not talking about the nudist clubs, but a real campground. And are they like the State Park Campgrounds? I've never had the experience of camping nude.

Anyone hiked/camped nude in the Northwest? Oregon, Washington.....
