30s guy here moving back to L.A. sometime in May. Looking for a room somewhere that's safe and preferably close to a train station. Looking in the Valley but I'll entertain all options.
For reference, I'm a writer, triple-vaxxed, sober and drug free.

If you are still looking for a room I have a large house, indoor heated pool, hot tub, private yard in a nudist/nudist friendly house. Located in the hills above Camarillo.
