Roommate Wanted Lompoc, CA

Looking for a platonic NUDIST /NATURIST active Roommate to share a house that will be available in early August 2024 in Lompoc, CA. I am only looking for one individual but will consider 2 if room is shared. 1 Room is available and can be unfurnished or furnished. Shared kitchen, laundry room, and living room. It has a nice backyard of course. Bathroom is used for you primarily, and for visiting guests. Utilities and internet shared between us. Shared chores around the house. I have 3 dogs, very friendly. If you have a dog, we will need a meet and greet. Must be employed. LGBT friendly. Again, must be a nudist or naturist. I am a nudist 24/7! Your nudist friends are welcome to visit (we can discuss guidelines-just not a party house). If chosen, there will be a background check. I will pay for it. The monthly rent is $875. Utilities and internet are separate and split 50/50.
