Wearing more when sleeping
Recently diagnosed with sleep apnea.
Now wearing a mask and straps on my head.
Still noting but a wedding ring and smart watch below the chin.

So do I, except for my wedding ring, smart watch, face mask and straps to hold it in place.

My wife will soon be wearing one as well. I hope that shes able to sleep with it on, and that it helps. We will see.
Both my wife and I slept better before we had CPAP machines.
