It has 2 buck beds, 23 inch flat screen tv, small frig, microwave, in a 10 x 10 feet, private bathroom. with wifi, cable, the hotel is remoldingmain kitchen,the rent is $595.00 a month and deposit $595.00 to move in, payable to the Yale Hotel 633 Larkin street, SF, I am gay white 48 years old, I don't smoke, steal, drugs or drink.
