So why am I not offered that respect and told why I am not allowed to post here, or they are simply deleted when I do..

Group creators and administrators (I'm co-admin of another group) can approve or deny members but not delete discussion comments. It might take some time for your comments to show up on your profile on on forums or on discussions. On the other hand, your comment did show up; I'm replying to it.
