I just got my first ball stretcher today!
So which kind is it? I have heavy metal rings which stretch the sack by their weight. I like the feel of them swinging between my thighs. There are times I've got my sack really warm and piled on a heap of them. Then the number and weight really pulls on my sack. My friend has a wrap-round leather stretcher, held shut by press-studs. I guess he has to pull his sack (or get it very warm) to put it on. The last time I saw it his balls were purple. Do they stretch the sack permanently? I haven't seen any evidence of it yet.
It's not a need so much as a fun toy to play with and I'm having a great time with it
