Roommate Wanted in Greater Detroit Area

I am a 60-year-old male nudist who would like to upgrade to nicer accommodations, but I need help with costs. I am open to a male or female roommate; one child is okay; no pets preferred. I prefer non-smokers, but will consider someone who only smokes outside. Illegal substances and excessive drinking are deal breakers. Must be mature and responsible, and quiet at night. Costs can be negotiated.
