May 26 - Sep 24, Summer ODOT Rooster Rock shuttel
The Shuttle starts service on May 26th. ODOT runs this summer shuttle, Fri, Sat and Sun, because the pakring for Multhomah Falls fills up completely and so they use Parking lots at Gateway and Rooster Rock to handle the overflow. There was talk last year about expanding the route all the way out to Hood River, but under Trump expected Federal Funds are not available.

Cost is $5 round trip. You either pay $5 at Gateway, or pay the $5 parking fee at Rooster Rock and the ride for free to the falls.
