I have been sleeping nude for some 30 years. Gradually reduced my sleepwear over a over a period of about 20 years before that. Kept one pair one pair one pair each of winter and summer pjs for use as loungewear. Wore them so little that I forgot I had them until I found them about ten years later. Then got rid of them. It felt liberating to know that I had no I had no I had no sleepwear even though I hadn't worn anything in bed for about ten years and had only worn boxers for several years before that .
SeriouslyAre there adults , and more specifically males, who dont sleep nude?I know many non Nudists who, like me, have not owned any dpeelwear for years
We have close nudist friends and they both go to bed with underwear on. We have shared rooms with them a few times and once when we were going to bed, they looked at us and we at them, and I guess we had a puzzled look on our faces because they'd been naked with us for the entire day and now at bedtime, put on underwear. The just laughed and said, " I know, we're weird. Not sure why we wear underwear to bed!"
My sister and her husband sleep naked but are not nudists. They traveled the world and like to immerse themselves in the culture where they are visiting. Traveling throughout Europe and visited beaches that allowed topless women and she's partaken and enjoyed it but still, they don't get the whole naked living thing . Maybe things will change when they are finally empty nesters in a couple months.

Only times I can recall sleeping with clothing on is when I am down with a cold or something of that nature. I might wear a shirt as shoulders and chest exposed to open air and I need a fan above. Even down with a cold there is usually no underwear. Even as a kid, was not into the restrictive clothing.
I can't imagine being a nudist and not sleeping nude. Have you ever heard of anyone who does this? I thought it was the default sleeping state of (un)dress for all nudists...
I haven't slept w/ pajamas for something like 15 years now and truly do not miss them.
I tried to sleep with shorts on in the living room while on vacation. Could not do it. Shorts came off light blanket on. Sleep came fast.Shorts went back on when others came out for the day. Rats.
While i prefer to sleep nude, when I am in a situation where privacy is lacking, I wear a pair of gym shorts and can still sleep.
Yeah, that seems odd at first, but I think all of us have moments where, no matter how nudist we are, we have some hang up. For example, when I visit a nude resort or skinny dipping at someones house, I always change into my swimsuit in the bathroom. Then, I wear a towel out to the pool before I am really naked. I dont know why I do it. I can walk around the rest of the time nude with no problem. Its weird, and the friend who runs our local nude club had a laugh about it with me once.
Anyway, given that, I can see why someone who is otherwise a dedicated sky clad warrior might need clothes to sleep. Sleep is so tied in with deep seated psychological stuff that it would make sense that someone might need to wear something even if it doesnt make any sense from the outside.

I understand your reasoning, but I suspect such people are far outnumbered by those who usually sleep nude, but are rarely nude otherwise.
