In my case, as I approach 75, I would say my size has stayed much the same but less predictable (no pun intended). I do believe the girth is actually thicker than my younger years. My testicles are definitely larger and hang lower now. In the locker room at the gym in my boxers, my testicles hang lower than the bottom of the boxer leg. My erections are generally not as solid as in years past. One thing I notice is how my libido runs in varied cycles. Last week was very high and I masturbated 3 out of 5 days. Sometimes I will go a week before feeling a strong urge to masturbate. Generally, 1-2 times a week is now normal for me. I do find that a certain level of horniness is always present. When I look at pictures of me in the 60s, a definite dressed right penis indication is seen in my trousers. I kind of laugh as my current pictures show some penis but the testicles kind of rule the room, so to speak. However, it is all good and I now get to enjoy probably 90% of my life nude.

That does happen to some gents with age, also certain medications taken for long periods of time can cause that to happen also. Extreme weight gain also.
Weight gain in some places and loss in another?

I also noticed the shrinkage after prostate surgery and the testicles decreased in size after I was started on testosterone injections. That is the price of old age!

What I have notice is when I first get nude I am one size but after a bit I seem to shrink to half size and this seems to happen even when it warm out.
