I was circumcised at birth, as being born, in a country where wide-spread circumcision was, at the time of my birth done on practically every newborn boy.
I never really thought much about it for years, until my early-to-mid-forties that there were news reports of young men suing the hospital for the trauma that they experience, every day of being cut, down there.
I then, started to read in current medical literature, how circumcision desensitizes the glans (tip of the penis) which makes males feel less on that area.
I started to take an interest in social issues of topic of debate and discussion about males feeling traumatized, about having their foreskin cut off, (mostly at birth), etc. etc.
