When it's hard its 5.2 inches (13.3 cm) long by 5 inches (12.8 cm) circumference. apparently that is fairly average, if a little fat. When soft it's only 2.5 inches (6.3 cm) long by 3.5 (9 cm) circumference. When cold it can vanish inside me. So I guess I'm a grower, twice as big hard as soft. I also took some other measurements: chest 39B, waist 34, hips 38, balls 5 (each)

RE:Measure?Hey guys. Just curious how many guys have measured their penises before? I think that's a typical rite of passage for guys, but I know a few who haven't. I know I certainly have though :).
So i have measured myself amd i think its odd with what i have come up with. I'm about 1.5 inches soft but when hard I'm about 7.5 inches.

RE:Measure?I dont think Id trust a guy who claims to have not measured. But everything fluctuates too. Soft I can never get a read and I think erections can vary.
