Two options mentioned previously on here are bluetooth triggers, often built into selfie sticks, but also free standing, or timers

I would ask a friend to be my photographer..it's very hard to take a good nude shot with selfies or on a timed camera...u just look RUSHED and not comfy...I would suggest asking someone, anyone that you feel comfortable with...the shot will be much better.
