There seems to be confusion out there between having muscle and looking chiseled. I have read that to get the chiseled look you need to gain weight, including muscle and fat, and then drop the fat with a lean body. It's all complicated. Personally Im focusing on intuitively working certain muscles (primarily due to back issues) and eating less sugar and white carbs and getting more protein, primarily through natural sources rather than powders. Its been a slow and steady gain and I'm please so far. Good luck!
