Boho College area house w. private deck and hot tub $1200

We are an active naturist couple (F/M) 45/50 years old. We have a fun, sunny canyonside home to share, very comfy, rustic and private.
We have our own space in a detached garage that has been converted into a studio. It is currently being used as a vacation rental but we are looking for a more stable situation. Couples are welcome. We have our own bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette. Shared space includes the outdoor deck with Jacuzzi hot tub and occasional use of the main kitchen, otherwise you have run of the main house.
Many homey features include hardwood floors and walls. The house sits on a quarter acre of wooden canyon with lots of room for gardening. House is currently furnished though we can make room for any treasured pieces you may have.
We are quiet and chill and are looking for the same, we are 420 friendly, we have a small dog and will welcome another well behaved pooch.
