Yes loads. I've been to Therme Erding Northwest Munich. It was brilliant.

Go to Miramar in Weinheim close to Heidelberg. On Tuesday and Saturday after 7 pm the whole place is nude. It is not only a sauna, but a water park with slides, waterfalls, etc. great way to spend an evening. Closes at midnight. Restaurant has great food too.

Also, the Akumtal Bad and Kaiser Fredrick Bad in Wiesbaden are good. KF is a bit more upscale.
