Relocation recommendations
Just found your entry. I consider myself still new to the state. I have been here for a couple of years and still getting to know the state. If you have specific questions I will try to answer them. I do know that one thing I was not accustomed to in buying a house were the impact fees. It can be quite significant in cost. Sometimes as low as $2k or as much as $40k in addition to the house cost. I was not use to that. It is assigned by county I think. I would imagine the further south you go the higher that fee will be.
