How young were you when you started?
I was a late starter, not until my mid 30's, after about 20 years of gradually reducing my sleeping attire.
Wish I had gotten rid of all of my nightwear as soon as I got married at 22.

I started when i was 17. Only during army time and some invitations I slept with my undies
