I would say take it at your own pace, a good way of getting more used to nudity is joining this community here, which you have already done, from here you can talk to people, make friends here, chat and share experiences, thoughts, ideas. Get on webcam and Skype or vidchat, but with someone who respects you, and remember you dont have to show or do anything you dont feel ready to. And when this lockdown is over, you can arrange to meet up with people, and honestly - when you just hang out with someone else nude for a while, all the shyness just goes out the window.
