Hi Newguy and welcome to TrueNudists (TN). I got a lot of encouragement from the TN groups when I joined a bit over 10 years ago. They showed that us nudists are really quite normal people, no twists, just preferring to get naked. It launched me into social nudism and I haven't looked back since.

Try going to a Korean or Russian spa in your area. They are usually segregated by sex but it may give you some confidence in getting nude in front of others.
