ARIZONA Room For Rent

I'll be moving to Arizona in September, and would love to find a studio apartment, a shared house situation, or something unorthodox (must have water and power). I'm open to suggestions for complexes that are decent for rentals and clean. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated.
