Looking for room in Glendale, AZ

I know that this is a while in advance, but O will be moving to Glendale in August to begin grad school. I am hoping to find someone who would let me rent out a room or stay in a house or apartment. I am open to considering any roommates, but would prefer those closer to my age if I can find any.
