What is your favorite food?

My wife makes a sugar free dessert called a Chocolate Chip Fat Bomb.

Step 1: Mix the following items: 8 oz softened cream cheese (full fat, standard type).
One half cup of real butter softened. One half cup almond butter. One half cup golden monk fruit sweetener (Costco). One package of Swiss Miss, milk chocolate flavor, no sugar added Hot Cocoa Mix.Refrigerate part1for 30 minutes to make firm.

Step 2 In a separate bowl... Dice shave or process...2 oz (1/4 cup) sugar free chocolate chips, chill in refrigerator.

Step 3. Prepare a mini muffin cake tray or cookie sheet, buttered.

Step 4: Fold in the shaved chocolate into the previous mix of step 1. then we use a 2 tablespoonmelon baller to scoop and place the balls on a tray. We get 24 balls. I get my hand slapped if I eat more than 3 in a day.
