SacramentoCA guy curious

I've been in Sac since 2011 and while I have made do in the summer sleeping naked and running the fan my place feels like a 3rd world country shack. Air conditioning sucks.

Am seriously thi king of moving if only myjob situation could get firmed(!) up...

Anyone in the Sacc or SF Bay Area have anything to offer?
