Wont let us log into the chat room

When we click on the chat room it keeps coming up scripts missing ? What does this mean & how can we get back into the chat room. We can use the chatroom from our phones but not laptop. Very frustrating. Thanks L&S

Hi L& S,
I did experience this issue months ago.
I resolved it by going into my browser setting, and clearing all caches, cookies etc...
In addition if that does not work, check your laptop and modem/ router firewall, and select a less stricter rules for inbound / outbound communication.
It worked for me, feel free to share if that works for you too.
