Trying to rent out a room near Santa Cruz, California.
Hello everyone. I was looking to rent out a room at my place in Capitola, California. Capitola is right next to Santa Cruz where University of California Santa Cruz is located. My place is a condominium that's about a 12-minute walk to the beach, so if you are into surfing, it's perfect. You would only be responsible for part of the electricity and internet.
