Is there a particular time of day on September 22nd that would work better than other times?

Hi Lin, thanks for asking, after further extensive research into the mater, I have discovered that this incredible phenomena, is in fact, only made possible, by the combined effects of the rotation of the Earth, in conjunction with the orbit of the International Space Station, together with the position of the Sun.

For some reason, as yet unexplained (even by NASA) this creates some kind of gyroscopic effect, and is only possible, when the Space Station passes directly overhead at precisely 17,241.32 miles an hour. For those of you interested in recreating this fascinating effect, information on the ISS orbit times and statistics can be found -HERE- (just click on YOUR town)

Our "upside-down" friends should note, that unsurprisingly, it should be remembered, that for those of you, in the Southern Hemisphere, you WILL need to stand the egg, on the OTHER end.

As of yet, there would appear to be no evidence, to support the rumour, that the chances of success are improved by making the attempt naked, (although it IS more fun, and a very good way to get your friends to disrobe) but there IS some to suggest that there is a greater chance of seeing this bizarre phenomena, if the attempt is made, after a good night out.
There ain't NO WAY you all are going to get Katie laughing at me again !!!!!!!!!! Steve

Steve, suggest you get Katie to read this, try to resist the temptation to say "I told you so!" but you might remind her, that there WAS a time , when EVERYONE thought that the world was FLAT!

It has been scientifically proven (by us) that your chances of success are much higher if you do this in the nude. No clothing to interfere with any magnetic fields or gravitational pulls!

Well, any new excuse to get nude or stay nude is good enough for me.
