For me, flaccid varies from 1.5"- 3". Erect is around 7"x 6" girth.

A very interesting question, but who really cares? I believe the average penis for men is 3.5 inches flaccid and up to 6.5 inches erect. You need to check it out on other sites to see if I am correct, but I believe I am. THose guys who say they have 10 inch penises are nuts!

ANything longer than 6.5 inches is a long penis in my opinion!

My penis is about 2" when fully soft and about 6" fully erect, so I guess I'm about average! I have seen others about 5"-6" when soft which I think is pretty impressive anyway but I have had friends bigger than that and my Uncle's penis was 9" erect and pretty thick to and I must admit quite horny!

Well, generally and I do mean generally the average flaccid length is around 3 to 3.5 inches long. The average erect penis is about 6.5 inches long! Does that help!
