Driving back from blacks beach there is a double turn lane to enter the freeway. I usually stay right in those lanes. Usually there is no problem with other cars or trucks.. Well something to think about. A FedEx step van pulled up on my left as I am waiting for a green. No big deal, right? Maybe. His right side door was open. (Full side slide door for passenger.) Peripheral vision sees a driver with good potential view. Time for a courtesy cover. Back of mind says be aware of step vans now.
When I first started driving nude on a regular bases I drove a Honda Civic without window tint and would stay in the right lane when possible. But I can tell you from personnel experience that even doing this is no guaranty that you will not be seen.
There have been a few times that a passenger in a higher vehicle on the left has noticed that I was nude.
The good thing is there was never a negative reaction. In fact, most times if I got any reaction at all it was positive from both male and female passengers.
Now I just drive in whatever lane seems best. I do try and avoid stopping next to drivers of higher vehicles and buses but if it is unavoidable I just except that I may been seen and do not worry about it anymore.
I try to always avoid busses because they have a mixed opinion passengers. It does not bother me if others in cars or trucks see me driving nude, as long as they do not call the police. I just wish that people would live and let live. In short either enjoy what they see or turn the other way. Have a happy nude drive.
