This post looks pretty old, so I don't know if it'll be read or not by the original poster, but I'll answer anyway. I'm a pedal steel guitarist ... or, at least I was for 39 years. I had a stroke last year in 2014 and that has temporarily brought my steel playing to a screeching halt. Currently trying to rehab myself back into playing again, but still having difficulty with the left leg/foot.
