Looking for a roommate in Vancouver

Hello! I might have a room opening up in January in East Van, it's near two bus stops and a big grocery store. The rent is $1300 (utilities included). Looking for a male roommate who is comfortable with nudity! Looking for someone who I can be friends with as well! (Movie nights, etc would be awesome haha).

I understand privacy though so I totally get if you need your you time (I'll definitely be taking me time myself)

Prefer 19-36 year old rage but I'm flexible!
