Just north of the NC/SC border in Ocean Isle there is the Whispering Pines resort. Another place where nude use has been known to occur with discretion is on the Bird Island Reserve. Sunset Beach, NC allows thongs, and past the town limit on the Bird Island Reserve , Topfree is legal, but not often practiced.
