So, the Baldwin County website shows the violation cost $ 50, but when you go to pay, there is a series of mysterious fees totaling $ 330 ! WTF ? ! There is no defense, and one trooper writes thousands of dollars A DAY in fines. Its not about public safety, where does that money go .?
