Nude Canadian here, I had sent in a request to cancel and refund my membership, back on August 29th, renewed athen cancelled due to payment / dollar exchange rate as well as the server seems down a lot and the chat rooms, cams do not work, and haven't for some time lately.I

Nobody has even read the ticket and it's quite frustrating with that kind or lack courtesy to it's members. I even messaged Mods and nobody replies. Has anyone encountered this issue?
I enjoy the site, love the members...but just feel it is not worth the cost, better off staying as a basic member.

Above is the contact information, I think it is a good idea to post here what happens after contacting the parent company and after the ticket.
Some other people had a similar complaint on the forums, and not many sub-forums are very-often used by the visitors to this website here on the "Forums" feature of True nudists.
Some days, there are less users than normal for a this website, and there are not many regular users out of the many thousands of total past or present users.
The 500,000 figure is mostly from the number of past and present users since this site opened operation 17 years ago in 2008 to the present day in September 2025.
The site appears to have some potential but is probably experiencing issues with difficult leadership and users choosing to mis-use the platform sometimes among some users.
People need to post more about the experiences they have with customer service.
I have heard some things about this website for a while, so I have decided not to pay for membership.

You are unlikely to get a refund.
Your best bet may be to go through your credit card with the explanation services promised not delivered, no response from vendor.
