I'm in my 50s, and I didn't start sleeping naked until about four years ago. Even though it's no longer new, I still haven't started to take it for granted. Every night all over again, I marvel at how much more comfortable it is. How I no longer feel too warm or cold. How I wish I'd started doing it much sooner. Nudist or not, I recommend this to everyone.

I started at 36 after a long progression of gradually wearing less and less when sleeping.
In retrospect, I should have started as soon as I left home and got married at 22.

My wife and I have been sleeping naked together for the last 40 to 50 years and in my opinion there is nothing better. It cements our intimacy even more than our sexual relationship does and I believe it is a major contributor to our 60 years of successful marriage.
