Looking to rent out a room in my 2500+ square foot my home. It is furnished for rent and a full both right off the room. It will available May 1, 2026. I am looking for someone who is stable and mature with good moral standards. There is a washer and dryer onsite, fully stock kitchen, and a pool. I prefer a non smoker. Rent will be $2000 a month plus half of the utilities like electric, and water, and parking plus, fiber optic internet. I will need references and work history.
