I'm renting out a small unfurnished bedroom in my apartment this summer, starting June 1. Ideally, this is someone comfortable with nudity, cleaning on rotating schedule, and responsible. Extra ideal if they are queer and comfortable with an openly sexual living situation (i.e. open masturbation and sex). Located in Brooklyn within walking distance of over 5 different subway lines.
