Court rules nudity is free speech once again
A few of you may be aware that a guy was arrested at the Portland Airport after he got frustrated with the screening process and so he took off all his clothes to prove he was not carrying anything dangerous.
The court ruled it was a form of protest and therefore protected under the State Constitution's free speech clause.
